How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Are your jewelry pieces waterproof?
Most of our stainless steel and titanium pieces are water-resistant; however, to maintain the finish and longevity of the magnets, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming or showering.
How do I determine my correct bracelet size?
Each product page includes a sizing guide. We recommend measuring your wrist with a flexible tape measure and adding about half an inch for a comfortable fit. Many of our bracelets include a free sizing tool.
What materials are used in MagnetRX jewelry?
We use medical-grade materials including 316L stainless steel, pure titanium, and high-strength neodymium magnets to ensure both durability and hypoallergenic properties.
Can I wear magnetic jewelry if I have a pacemaker?
No, individuals with pacemakers, defibrillators, or any other implanted electro-medical devices should not wear magnetic jewelry. We also recommend pregnant women consult their physician before use.
